1.Be honest
- Shops: show the real shop, real products and your own photos, with true prices and stock.
- Do not place fake orders or orders you do not mean to collect or receive.
2.What may not be sold
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
- Illegal drugs, and medicines that need a prescription unless the shop is licensed to sell them.
- Fake, copied or stolen goods.
- Animals, plants or products protected by the law of Nepal.
- Adult content, and anything else that is illegal to sell in Nepal.
3.Be respectful
- Keep messages about the order. No insults, threats or harassment, and no discrimination of any kind.
- No spam or unrelated advertising in messages or listings.
- Shops: use a customer's contact details only for their order, never for anything else.
4.Reporting a problem
If a listing, a shop or a message breaks these guidelines, write to [email protected] with the order number or the page address. Depending on what happened, we may warn the person, remove a listing, or pause or close an account.
